Our panel of mediators/arbitrators consists of attorneys who have retired from practices in which collectively they represented a variety of transportation interests, including ocean, inland marine, air, rail and motor carriers, as well as shippers and intermediaries using these modes.  They have actively represented clients in transportation matters before the courts, legislative and regulatory agencies, and in mediations and arbitrations.

All have experience in negotiating, mediating and arbitrating transportation disputes.  Our many years of experience have given us a deep understanding of the transportation industry as a whole, as well as the specific perspectives and interests of carriers, shippers and intermediaries in the overall transportation picture.  Members of our organization are domiciled on the East Coast, West Coast and in Texas.  They are available to participate in dispute resolution matters nationwide and at international locations.  However, our group does not provide legal services and does not represent clients.  Instead, our group provides mediation and arbitration services.
